Aromatherapy
Essential oils were humankinds first medicine. From
Egyptian and Chinese
hieroglyphics and manuscripts, we know that essential
oils have been used for healing for thousands of years.
In the Bible, there are one- hundred-eighty-eight references
to essential oils such as frankincense, myrrh, and rosemary
used for anointing and healing the sick.
Essential pure grade A oils are the volatile liquids
that are distilled from plants including seeds, bark,
roots, leaves, flowers, and fruit. The purity of an
oil is determined by its chemical constituents. These
constituents are affected by a vast number of variables:
soil condition, fertilizer, altitude, harvest season,
climate, geographical region and processing methods.
The power of essential oils in the realm of holistic
healing demands the necessity for obtaining the purest
essential oils possible. Therefore, the consumer must
be educated on the variety of oils to obtain the maximum
therapeutic benefit.
The frequency of the oil is a measurable rate of electrical
energy that is constant between two points. As measured
in megahertz (MHZ), grade-A essential oils range from
52-320 MHZ.

The applications of essential oils are varied. The easiest
and simplest way of putting oils into the air for inhalation
is to use an aromatic diffuser. Essential oils can be
applied directly to the skin using one to six drops.
Some oils need to be diluted with a carrier oil such
as grape seed or vegetable oil. For body massage, the
oils should be diluted by fifty percent with a carrier
oil. Your feet are the second fastest area of your body
to absorb oils because of the large pores. Foot massage
provides a feeling of peace, relaxation, or energy.
Essential oils may be applied to the rim of the ear
to treat internal organs. Raindrop therapy, dropping
essential oils on the spine, helps bring the body into
balance and aligns the energy centers of the body, releasing
blockages. Essential oils may be used in baths or as
a perfume to support healing modalities.
Consultation with an experienced practitioner for correct
usage of essential oils is necessary.
